比较简单，简单说就是进入bootload清除密码，然后进入default mode下重置密码。

1.开机按Ctrl+B，进入启动加载菜单（BootLoad menu）

拨电源重启交换机，大约开机10多秒的时候会出现提示按Ctrl+B可以进入BootLoad menu.

Last reset type: PowerOnPress Ctrl+B to enter BootLoad menu : 1 

2.清除console密码

Password: BootLoad Menu 1. Boot with default mode2. Enter startup submenu3. Enter ethernet submenu4. Enter filesystem submenu5. Enter password submenu6. Clear password for console user7. Clear password for console user successfully. 

3.进入默认模式（default mode）

4.设置密码

命令：reset saved-configuration
然后在是否保存配置时，选择 n，不保存。
