电力行业的发展程度是衡量国民经济水平以及国家安全保障的一项重要指标。多区域负荷频率控制系统作为现代电力系统发展的重要趋势,在可靠性、经济性和稳定性上都具备一定的优势。保证系统稳定和输出电能的质量是电网运行的关键。电力系统输出电能质量的优劣取决于电压和频率,电网频率控制是电力系统中的重要控制问题。

电力调频控制在电力行业中的角色是至关重要的,从而推动负荷调频控制成为电力行业主导产业。负荷调频控制已成为现阶段美丽的景观。由于其开发技术成熟、成本相对较低、精度高等优点,在电力行业具有很高的前景,已成为世界各国关注的焦点。同时,负荷频率控制是确保电网高质量发展的重要手段。电力调频控制不断创新,越来越多的人接触相关方向。因此,我们新一代应该认真研究负荷频率控的影响。

本文主要研究内容如下:

(1)简述了多区域互联电网的负荷频率控制的意义和近年来国内外关于多区域互联电网的负荷频率控制策略的研究现状,概述了负荷频率控制LFC的基本概念以及控制目标,总结了电力系统内部负荷频率控制策略的研究状况,并且分析了本课题研究中存在的各种问题和挑战。

(2)描述了负荷频率控制的基本原理与系统结构,介绍了互联电网电力系统的频率控制模式,根据频率控制模式,确定了控制区域间频率控制模式的搭配选取,搭建了多区域负荷频率控制系统的仿真模型。同时,分析自适应控制的相关方法和算法研究,设计基于自适应控制的负荷频率控制模型。

(3)通过Matlab/Simulink仿真平台搭建多区域互联电网的负荷频率控制仿真模型,通过对负荷频率控制的仿真验证了该模型的有效性,为负荷频率控制的工程应用提供了一定的借鉴。

Abstract

The development degree of electric power industry is an important index to measure the level of national economy and national security. As an important trend in the development of modern power system, multi-area interconnected power system has certain advantages in reliability, economy and stability. To ensure the stability of the system and the quality of the output power is the key to power grid operation. The output power quality of power system depends on voltage and frequency. The frequency control of power network is an important control problem in power system.

The role of power frequency modulation control is very important in the power industry, which promotes the load frequency modulation control to become the leading industry in the power industry. Load frequency modulation control has become a beautiful landscape at present. Because of its advantages of mature development technology, relatively low cost and high precision, it has a high prospect in the power industry and has become the focus of attention of the world. At the same time, load frequency control is an important means to ensure high quality development of power grid. Power frequency modulation control innovation, more and more people contact the relevant direction. Therefore, our new generation should seriously study the impact of load frequency control.

The main research contents of this paper are as follows:

(1) This paper briefly describes the significance of load frequency control of multi-area interconnected power grid and the research status of load frequency control strategy of multi-area interconnected power grid at home and abroad in recent years, summarizes the basic concept and control objectives of load frequency control LFC, and summarizes the research status of load frequency control strategy in power system. And analyzes the problems and challenges existing in this research.

(2) The basic principle and system structure of load frequency control are described, and the frequency control mode of interconnected power system is introduced. According to the frequency control mode, the collocation selection of frequency control mode between control regions is determined, and the simulation model of multi-area interconnected power system is built. At the same time, the relevant methods and algorithms of adaptive control are analyzed, and the load frequency control model based on adaptive control is designed.

(3) The load frequency control simulation model of multi-area interconnected power grid is built through Matlab/Simulink simulation platform. The effectiveness of the model is verified through the simulation of load frequency control, which provides a certain reference for the engineering application of load frequency control.

This design refers to the background of wind power energy storage system, discusses the power smoothing filter control, builds a simulation experiment platform, and verifies the effectiveness of the model through the simulation of the actual power data of wind power plant, which provides a certain reference for the engineering application of hybrid energy storage.
