• 背景

我们使用的物理机是戴尔的POWEREDGE R730机器，由于硬件损坏导致该问题的延申，再更换完Raid的控制器（阵列卡）之后导致启动服务器报错。

• 报错：

There are offline or missing virtual drives with preserved cache.
Please check the cables and ensure that all drives are present.
Press any key to enter the configuration utility.

• 解决方法：

服务器重启默认进入以下页面

移动光标选择 PERC H730 Mini (Bus 0x02, Dev 0X00) 按F2

按F2之后选择
Manage Preserved Cache

选中之后回车进去然后按
discard the cache

按完之后会提示YES or NO 选择YES 重启服务器

重启完服务器后，以上问题解决。
